“There is no lobby. It's kept closed off from guests, but the desk person can see & be seen sitting behind the counter looking at you through the door & windows. There's a tiny night window through which he conducts his day & night time guest interactions. Extremely unwelcoming. The room was clean enough altho there was a dead waterbug in the bathroom. Dead's good, right? There were 3 wall lamps, but the bulbs were removed from 2 of them... There was a nightstand on one side of the bed with 2 of……

“The only thing that really bothered me was that there were strands of hair everywhere! I want to be clear that the room was very clean, but I’d maybe bring a lint roller just in case…they did have a little hand-vacuum in the suite, so that helped as well. Other than that, we really did enjoy ourselves…great amenities, amazing view, polite & helpful staff!! Would return no doubt ”

“Everything was excellent, except for some limit on breakfast selection, and the person who was supposed to be replenishing was not being attentive. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioned, and a nice fresh smell to the property. The dining area was really comfortable and pretty. There was an extra bathroom on the first floor for gas that was always clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful. The pool area was very clean and the pool water……
